Cow Eggs...

Photobucket

so this probably comes as no surprise...

i *love* cows...

between the ranch, my home and the logo for my shop you think i would have about all the cows i can take...

but i think i need the picture up above...sigh...

although i think the cow could use a couple extra bales of hay...she's looking a little thin...

{wished i looked a little thin...not going to happen when all i crave is reese's peanut butter eggs... and don't even get me started with the mini eggs...sigh}

oh, and i have a passion for old farm pumps...

i think the two i have might be a little to big for this though...

Photobucket

so this prairie girl is on the hunt for a smaller pump...

and see that little beauty of a cow in the window...

yep, on the hunt...

i planned on including some photos of how i've included cows and farm pumps into my decorating...

but i would rather lift the reese's egg to my face than my camera right now...

sorry...

and i didn't think you wanted to see the mess that is littering my house right now...

but, i would rather sit with my bag of mini eggs than clean...

sorry...

Not everyone could make a cow work in their home, but I sure bet you can. Can't wait to see...

Hi Kristin,
I know what you mean when it comes to Reese's eggs and cups, especially now that all of the Easter candy is out. I was just scouring through my cupboards and to no delight, no candy. I'm having withdrawls! So hubby is on his way to the store.
I sent you an e-mail, I hope you got it. I'll talk to you soon.
Sincerely,
Melinda

Today I saw a cow shaped magnent board. It was just a cowy outline made from 1" flat steel and had wire mesh screen stretched across it, spray painted black. ADORABLE.

I am a total sucker for Easter candy too. Something about those little sugar coated chicks and speckled chocolate eggs... I could MOO just thinking about it... HA! Cute cows.

I want to see the cows and the pumps - house mess and all! That cow print is one of my all time favorites -
I had a large pump - sold it at my garage sale last year...made a small fortune. I was sorry though afterwards.
Can't wait to see them in your home~

Hey... I have two wooden cows that you can have if you want them. They need a paint job, a roughing up to look old and I am confident you could make them look amazing. Their yours if you want them. :o)

Oh my goodness... just noticed I wrote "their" instead of "they're"!! Ha ha!

I LOVE those darn eggs too! My son and I swear that they are so much better than the regular PB cups, that we buy them in quantity at Easter time...and then we eat way too many:D

I love cows, too! I gave my mom a ceramic cow's head when I was a teenager! I have it now and still love him ;)

Kristin~ You are so funny! For me, it is the peanut butter m&ms...I can't help myself! :) I love the pictures you showed, too! Cows and roosters and hens...love them! And oh yes, I can see why you would want that water pump! It would look wonderful in your farm kitchen on the prairie! And now you have me thinking...would it look good in a farm kitchen in the suburbs?....

Have a beautiful day! :)

In high school I collected cows, the collection was big but I didn't end out keeping much of it.
Since seeing the cow photo in a magazine a while back the fasination as been awakened. So glad to find out I'm not the only one.
