My favorite times of day are dawn and dusk and if you add a train whistle in the background...ecstasy! Thanks for sharing that beautiful photo Kristin! Tina xo
write it on the mantels ... write it on the thresh-holds .. may you find peace out in the alfalfa fields ...
this sent me back to hay making days ... the wagons, the smells, mom's homemade lunches under the tree that offered the most shade ... my dad in his youth ...strong, and muscle bound, sporting no shirt! tears now ...
Ahh!! Would love to be standing in this field right now! Great pic! I so enjoy your blog and have just visited your Etsy Shop. Your pics are so great! I'm working on setting up an etsy shop myself but I need to get a better camera. Do you take these pics yourself? Any tips? Thanks Tammy :-) http://junkwildnc.blogspot.com
Here we sit on our computers, longing for the past, for the things that really count :) I just found your blog through another. It's beautiful thank you for your gift.
Beautiful picture, although I kinda miss the small bales of hay. I love living in the rural Midwest. I was born here and here I will stay! I love the seasons changing and Fall is my favorite time of year!

I love Shelley. I actually love his statue at Oxford at the Shelley Memorial and have a huge poster in my office.
Oh gosh. I'll meet you out there.
BTW, loving the industrial/farm combos down below...
Just lovely!

it shows how you embrace every moment and sounds so much prettier than
"gone fishin"
:)

That's a pretty picture. In my church, we sing a hymn called "Sweet Hour of Prayer." It's a really pretty song.
