uuhhmmm...so confession time...

i'm still swimming in gravy...

ugh...wasn't it wonderful!! :0) oh how i *love* thanksgiving, it is my most favorite holiday and not because of the black friday sales! LOL!! did anyone go?? i have never been and probably never will go...crowds make me break out in hives! ;0)

now that things have settled it's time for another holiday gift guide...

this week....{Romantic Prairie Home}..

another confession...i'm not a pastel girl...not that i wouldn't want to be, it just seems that i can't quite pull off the look in my own home...

although the following beauties are enough to make me want redo the whole house!

enjoy!

1. a prairie home CANNOT be without ironstone...simply cannot, i promise!! ;0)

2. oh dottie angel makes my heart soar...her designs are *stunning* makes me want to go and bake a pie or something... :0)

3. wouldn't these bone dishes by alice's looking glass look *divine* filled with holiday goodies??

4. i can't tell you how much will power it is taking for me NOT to click add to cart for this beautiful scalloped mirror...sigh...andrea's photos always cause me to loose control! LOL!

5. sadie olive again girls...seriously could buy sara's whole shop...this time a lilac patchwork quilt

6. beautiful tracey has just returned from france and was able to bring some vintage goodness home with her...i'm not kidding, i would become a slosh if i could drink beer from bottles such as these! ;0)

7. now for maria and dreamy whites..i could also buy out her whole shop..i do believe santa could fit these lovely canning jars into my stocking...

8. the wheat field has been a favorite typography shop for me, i am seeing this quote everywhere i turn..thinking i must start listening to the whisper...

9. and finally dreamy whites again with this wooden traveling trunk...sigh...

and there you have some stunning romantic prairie finds..

this week holds some exciting things...a giveaway and a glimpse of a new direction for me! can't wait!

Oh man, you ALWAYS pick my favorite things! Now, if only I had an endless checkbook to buy it all! ;o)

You have great taste, my friend! Oh, and I never go out on Black Friday. Ick. I can't stand the crowds either! There is no deal in the world worth the stress!

I LOVE the quilts, oh my goodness. My Grandfather quilted, and I have several of his treasures.
Wanted to let you know I haven't received the wonderful goodies from the giveaway, yet. No pressure! I just wanted you to know, in case you have sent them, I'm not intentially failing to acknowledge their arrival. ;)
Off to go swoon over those canning jars...

If one isn't careful, she could go broke with all your awesome finds! :)

And I will confess, I did some shopping Friday morning....at midnight. First time doing that. And it wasn't all that bad either!
