just a quick little post today dear readers...
we are off to trail cattle to the summer permit...
i have a little plan in mind so you can share in the journey...
hopefully it will work out, i mean you all want to see the 2 foot wide trail in the midst of the 200 foot slick rock drop off right?!?
keeping fingers crossed no baby calves fall off this year, one or two do slip off every year and some how manage to survive the drop...
it sure makes for an exciting story of them being rescued by the cowboys being lowered over the side with lariats tied together, but we would rather not have to go through it...
i promise lots of photos for sure...
before we head off into the windstorm i wanted to share a little event i will be participating in...
a backyard boutique...
{held in loa, utah}

Hi Kristin! I took loads of pictures at Farm Chicks, but I'm still sorting through them. I sure hope you can make it up to the show next year! It's quite the overwhelming blast!!!

I love hearing your tales of the cowboy way of life. Every day is an adventure for you! I would love to see pictures of your journey.
Oh the boutique sounds like so much fun...wishing I could fly out to attend.
Wishing you luck and stay safe on the trail! Can't wait to see pics :-)
Well that would be a pretty far trip for me to make, but I can't wait to see some photos. Have a blast on the trail, and hopefully their isn't too much excitement.

Hey Kristin, If you want to see some photos of the Farm Cicks event, check out HeatherBullard.com and her blog -- she was there and posted some photos - she said the vendors were super.
