i had SO much planned this week for this little blog...

and then my husband plowed and harrowed our fields...

which turned up SO many rocks that we having been living, breathing, eating rocks each and every day...sigh...

How I miss {but really don't!} the days spent out in the fields picking up rocks.
Actually, I'd love to be out in a field doing that right now, instead of sitting in an office. It is B-E-A-UUU-tiful out there today!

Good Morning Kristin! How delightful ~ I just popped in to see what was new you had me laughing at the thought of picking rocks...how I hate that job and grew up having to do it every spring/summer.
I suggested the idea that it was rock picking season again to the kids on Saturday and with and emphatic "Ugh!!!" my daughter exclaimed "I hate picking rocks - it sucks!!!" to which I roared with laughter ~ I personally think we grow them here ;-/
You also made me smile even more when I realize you have my photo featured with some pretty amazing images ~ Thank you and congrats to Leah and almadr!
Hope your Mother's Day weekend was grand. Hugs ~ Rebecca

Congratulations to the winner. Truly a beautiful photo.
Kristin, I feel your pain only instead of rocks we get glass. Every time I find a new piece I grump at whomever it was that used to bury their trash.

sorry about the rocks i feel your pain. when we built this house and put in our yard- each inch of gound was filled with rocks cemented around hard clay- i cursed the land each time i planted a bush or flower!!!
thank you kristin for hosting these fun challenges i love participating and gleening from the beauty that is shared and congratulations to the winner- i thought the image was wonderful- a kiss of sweet spring!
